Return Process

Take clear photographs of the damaged products and the shipping label to help our quality assurance team process your request efficiently.

Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone within 24 hours of receipt, providing your order number and the captured photos.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once your claim is validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a priority replacement shipment at no extra cost.
